We are so confident in our Inline Filament Drying products that we offer a thirty (30) day unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping and handling). The item must be returned, in good condition, with the original packaging, paperwork, and accessories to ensure full credit.

All customer information is kept strictly confidential. Thordsen 3D will never sell, lease, or otherwise give any personal information to any third party. We protect consumer and business credit card data by complying with all standards and regulations according to the latest Payment Card Industry standards. We do not store, record, or retain credit card data.
Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Thordsen 3D guarantees its products against all defects in manufacturing and/or parts for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of our products. Altering or remaking the product in any way, electronically or mechanically, voids this warranty. Thordsen 3D is not responsible for products sold by unauthorized third parties or counterfeiters. Thordsen 3D will repair or replace defective items at no charge. The option to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of Thordsen 3D.

- Products and all product packaging materials must be returned in their original condition.
- Thordsen 3D will pay return shipping fees on defective products but additional charges may apply if rush shipping of replacement parts is requested.
- A deposit may be required to guarantee return of defective parts.
- Thordsen 3D reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if a product returned due to a defect is found not to be defective.
- Returned products will be refunded 100%, less shipping and handling.
- Thordsen 3D does not impose a restocking fee for returns on retail purchases.
